Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

Items purchased at Javon Clothing Limited (JavonClothing.com) are eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase price on the original method of payment within 72 hours of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of goods received damaged in transit. Items must be returned for exchange or refund in the condition that it was received (new, not used/worn and in original packaging) in order for the original payment to be refunded.

Please identify your first and last name, address, date of purchase, and invoice# from your receipt. Customers claiming damaged goods will be required to send photos via email. Customers are responsible for the return postage. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds can take up to 2-4 weeks based on when the package is received in addition to processing time.
